Creature Comfort Mobile Vet provides focused home veterinary care for pets who benefit from familiar surroundings—particularly senior pets, animals living with chronic pain and families navigating end-of-life decisions.
Our goal is simple: reduce unnecessary stress, take the time to communicate clearly and support both pet and family with care that feels calm, personal and unhurried.

Why Creature Comfort exists
Home can make difficult care feel a little easier.
Trips to a veterinary clinic are necessary at times, but they can be stressful for older, anxious or painful pets. Getting in and out of a vehicle, travelling in a carrier and waiting in an unfamiliar environment can all add to that stress.
Creature Comfort was created to offer another option for selected care that can safely be provided at home. The service focuses on older or anxious pets who may benefit from regular treatments, including suitable injections, as well as ongoing pain-management support, quality-of-life discussions and peaceful end-of-life care.
Gippsland is well served by excellent local veterinary clinics, and Creature Comfort is not here to replace the relationship you have with your regular veterinary clinic. Instead, we aim to complement that care with a convenient, focused mobile service when home is the more comfortable setting.
About Dr Su-en
Dr Su-en Chua BSc DVM
Dr Su-en has worked as a veterinarian in Gippsland since 2018, treating both farm and companion animals.
Her experience also includes working in a mobile clinic servicing the Latrobe Valley. It was there that she saw the convenience and ease many pets and owners experienced when veterinary care came to them.
She has also had the privilege of providing peaceful end-of-life care for older pets in their own homes. Those experiences became the foundation for Creature Comfort Mobile Vet.
Compassion, clear communication, client education and supporting pet parents through every stage of the process are at the centre of the service.

Some pets need regular support for osteoarthritis and chronic pain. Others reach a point where families need help understanding comfort, daily function and whether end-of-life care should be considered.
When euthanasia is chosen, a home visit allows your pet to remain in the place they know best, surrounded by the people who matter to them. The appointment is not rushed, with the aim of giving your pet the gentlest and most respectful passing possible, and aftercare, including cremation options, can be arranged for you.
