Clear payment arrangements before your appointment.
Payment is required prior to procedures or consultations so that, once Dr Su-en arrives, the focus can remain on your pet and your family.
Payment options
- Bank transfer before the appointment.
- Card transaction. A 1.9% transaction fee applies.
- Cash.
Creature Comfort Mobile Vet is a small business and is unable to offer payment plans.
For appointments booked several business days in advance, bank transfer may be used with proof of payment. Other bookings may require payment over the phone or by card to secure the appointment.
Client consent
By signing the client consent form presented on the day of appointment, you are agreeing to the applicable payment terms and treatment consent conditions.
